This privacy notice tells you what to expect us to do with your personal information when you contact us or use our services.

WHICH DATA WE HANDLE

We might handle your name and contact details for certain purposes, such as allowing you to sign up to one of our live events.

We also handle images on individuals captured by our CCTV camera system, as further described in the following sections.

HOW WE HANDLE YOUR DATA

We only collect data that we deem necessary to provide our services, as explained in the previous sections. Your data will be processed by electronic means and will be generally stored in Italian or European data centers.

When necessary, we might communicate some of your personal data certain data processors (third parties). These third parties are required to comply with the General data protection regulation and are instructed to do so. For example, we might use third party platforms such as Eventbrite to allow you to subscribe to our live events.

We will never disclose or sell your data for any reason. You can freely use our website and you’re not required to communicate any personal data to us. However, we might not be able to fullfil your requests unless you communicate certain personal data to us, such as your contact details.

If we process some or all your data based on consent that you gave us, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. For example, if you have subscribed to receive marketing communications, you can later request to be removed from those lists.

To ensure the safety and security of our shopping center and of our visitors we operate a CCTV video-surveillance system. The images handled by our CCTV system are encrypted to better ensure their security.

WHO HANDLES YOUR DATA

Your data will be processed by our employees and partners (data processors), depending on the purpose of the processing.

Access to the video-surveillance footage is limited to a small number of individuals and to our security team (Sicurtecnica s.r.l.)

Some of your data, such as your contact details, will be shared to Eventbrite when you register to our events.

Some data might be shared to comply with a request from the public authorities.

We keep a registry of all the subjects that handle your data, that you can request at any time.

DATA RETENTION

We will retain personal data collected for as long as required to do, such as to allow you to sign-up for any upcoming event.

The video-surveillance data is retained for 30 hours.

YOUR RIGHTS

There are certain requests that you can make related to your personal data, which we will respond as best as we can under applicable laws.

You have the right to request more information about the personal data we process about you, and you can request a copy of that data. You can ask for a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable format. You can also request that we transmit the data to someone directly, when that’s possible.

You also have the right to request that we correct or supplement any incomplete or wrong data we have on you.

You can let us know at any moment that you object to the collection or use of your personal data for certain purposes.

You can also request that we erase some or all of your personal data from our systems.

You have the right to file a complaint about our practices with respect to your personal data with the supervisory authority of your country or EU Member State.
